Tig welding titanium, Aluminum, nickle etc. in the aerospace industry. I recently was given a presentation on the Nanochem Weldassure Gas Purifier. Does anyone have an opinion on this product and is it necessary to go more pure than what I get with a Dewar. Most of the aluminum is x-rayed but I want all the welds to be x-ray quality.

The gasses  coming  out   of  the cylinder  filling plants  today  is  verry  good   ~  ~  3   -4    ppm   O2 -

The  only  place  I  can  see  this  gas  purifier  M I G H T  be  on  Titanium  -  and that is  doubtfull.

If  you are using  dewars   you  are in  the range  of  2  ppm  O2   and  2  ppm  H20  -  if  you cannot get x ray quality with

what  you've  got  you  have  a problem -
