Have a J&S Carburetor Co. Model BR block heater for sale 15.00 plus shipping. It should fit into a US Postal Service large flat rate box. 18- 20 bucks for shipping. (weighs about 15#) I have it listed with pictures on E-bay under Lincoln SA. It was attached to a welder I picked up at auction. I don't know how it works, don't want it, don't want to scrap it because I think one of you guys might could use it come cold weather. By the looks of it, it was probably pretty expensive to buy new. Take a look at it. It was mounted in place of the engine generator on my machine, but I think it could be mounted elsewhere easy enough. Looks like it would run off propane or maybe gasoline.
