Any issues with flying with RT film (Ir) in checked or carry-on bags? I'd think if it's developed it shouldn't be an issue, but I figured I'd go ahead and admit full cluelessness and ask.

If the film has been developed, receiving an xRay shower at the airport check-in won't do any harm.
