Hi Dave! A Miller S-32S or an SL will work since all it requires is 10 to 50 open circuit volts DC from the SA-200... So Tompit9, all you need is to use one of those Miller S32-S or SL's, and use either GMAW (Solid wire) in the spray transfer mode or Flux Cored wire for any out of position welding whether it's gas shileded like a "Dual Shield" FCAW-G wire or a self shielding wire like lincoln's "Innershield" line of FCAW-S wires. Just make darn sure that you have the CC/CV toggle switch on CC and you'll have a blast!!! ;) :) :)
I personally have used these voltage sensing wire feeders in the field many times and they really deposit very decent welds especially when running both types of FCAW wire electrodes... These wire feeders also run GMAW spray transfer pretty decently, but you better have a real steady tip to work distance or else the spray transfer will sometimes become erratic and, it's generally not recommended that one runs GMAW Spray arc transfer in the field unless there is very good protection such as an enclosure from the wind... Finally, one is limited in using GMAW spray without the pulse option to the 1G & 1, 2F positions only.
Hope this helps ;)
Respectfully,
Henry
