ocv reading 92.3 outlet plug reading 13.5 , 1/8 p5 190and 30 it's like gougeing any sugg. should i roll the rack?

well i had it at 87 but it would only strike arc on high idle so i mved it 2   93 , i just rebuilt every thing and trying 2 get it back where it was.

sounds to me like you need to reseat your brushes. imho

your low idle is set too low-- (adjust this with the solenoid linkage) Your high idle (set on governor and control rod to carb) controls the weld character.

About I've heard about is some that government stimulus red iron going up at military bases, schools and colleges.
