Parent - - By Tyler1970 (***) Date 02-15-2011 03:39
ya its a sand drag. just for 300 ft tracks. its a duner now. i spent enough on it so i decide im just gonna make it for tracks. and the ridge fram would hold up good and be a smooth enough for a track.

whats the measure you can bend on a 90?
Parent - - By DaveBoyer (*****) Date 02-15-2011 04:02
I have a pipe bendrer from HF, it bends pipe OK, but it might not make a nice bernd in thin walled tubes. The inside dies are sized for Sch. water pipe, the outside is just rollers with a large radius groove. You probably need a Hosfeld or similar with the proper tooling. Find someone that has one & will work with You.

JD2 tube bender owner here. Really pleasf with it for the money.  Besure and buy the 180 degree die. The difference in money between those and the 90 degree versions isn't worth it. I use my bender on bumpers, cages, step/nerf bars to even handrail. Its been a good investment.
