As a welder and inspector, I was embarrassed just reading this posting.

Three shots of some really good rum and it sorta starts making sense.
But you have to keep drinking steady or it stops making sense.

dbk
sometimes it makes sense with 0 shots or 32 shots of rum
it is called the truth
have a nice day

Kent,

You need to go see your liver specialist because you're not making any sense anymore and I believe that your ammonia level is becoming too much of a problem for you to handle your emotions, especially your anger...

You should not post opinions such as you just did in an open forum and instead, send a personal message and still, If I were to have a post such as the one in question directed at me I would be compelled to report it to the moderator or the administrator... Because this is not a sound mind expressing itself Kent! It's a mind that is not working properly due to a serious medical condition such as your ESLD (End Stage Liver Disease) and, you should refrain from expressing opinions in the manner you did when you know that the encephalopathy is acting up and therefore clouding your judgment and your feelings...

I would strongly suggest that you get some bloodwork done to gauge where your ammonia level is at and as a precaution to double up on your medicine especially the lactulose...
I would also strongly suggest that you make an immediate apology here and to the moderator, and Ross as well...
Finally, I would even more strongly suggest that you stop posting in here until you get this spike in your blood ammonia level corrected and under control...

Kent, I would not tell you this if it weren't true and you know that I have experienced the same when I was waiting for my liver transplant so I'm not just talking out of my you know what pal! Go take a break and then come back when you got a handle on the ammonia... I hope you get better real soon.

Respectfully,
Henry

Kent, that's old news and irrelevant... We have been spied on by our own government for years now, and they sure do have more about each and everyone of us than the Chinese or any other country so, it is what it is... You need to concern yourself about getting your ammonia level under control... If I were you, I would focus more to stabilizing your ammonia level as well as staying sober in order to have a chance in receiving the gift of life - a Liver transplant.

Respectfully,
Henry

"Vino Veritas"
"In Wine there is Truth".
Legend has it that Roman Senators would gather and have an orgy (big assed Party) before making a decision of great importance.

I am down with the rum....now are we gonna drink the good stuff or the stuff on the shelf?

EDIT:  I highly suggest we order ORD RIVER RUM....sorry I know small quantity shipments in the us but its whorthwhile.

I didn’t know this until recently, but evidently, if you mix half a pint of Rum with just the right amount of vodka, you have a drinking problem.  There's no need to thank me for this valuable information.  I'm just doing this as a public service.

SCOTT  not to be picky ...but did not you mean a 1/2 pint of rum with whatever the hell else you can find within reach?  Drinking problem:  I have zero issues with drinking, other folks seem to have all kinds of hangups with it.

OH yea to the op:  I consider it an artisan skill.   Simply because no matter the parameters, there are a very limited number of hands that apply it to those parameters......most production stuff is not in this category but much of the standards require an artists hand.   MHO.

Wow, where has the time gone,

Art and a science. Science for the filler materials, testing, developing.

Application of said filler materials an artful skill. Just my .o2 though.
