I have a job coming up that will require utilizing D9.1 sheet metal code. I do not have a lot of experience in working with this code but from looking through it  does not appear to be too complex. My question for those of you who have to inspect small welds is what type/brand of undercut gage do you find to be the most helpful? Thanks

I use a G.A.L. V-Wac, or the small Bridge-cam.

I prefer the V-Wac.

I use the V-Wac. Getting harder to read the measurements on the gauge...now I leave it to the "qualified" inspectors.

I have a bridge cam gage but I prefer the V WAC.  They’re on EBAY for $22.99 with free shipping.
