Required help on the below mentioned points:
1. AWS reference required for the Bunker to Hopper Plate Welding joint at 120deg
2. Is Butt Weld possible ?

Is that 12° or 120°?
The picture makes it look like the member that is welding to the web of the girder is less than 90°.
This would not be considered a butt weld, but rather a skewed T joint. The plate is welded to the web at a skewed angle.
