Cr-0.2 Max,
Ni- 0.30 Max
Mo-0.15 Max
Cu-0.25 Max

What electrode I should go for

Sambuddha,
Listing the max. and ranges leads me to believe you know the steel type and grade.  It would be easier to suggest an electrode knowing the steel type.  Or you are posting the question that your school asked?  All your other posts have a similar flavour.

Not bashing you if you are a student, but you need to do some work too.  At least research what type of steel it is similar to.

Actually we are repairing one old machine part .We donot have any Papers regarding its composition.

So we have taken some broken parts and done the testing .

I am tried it with E10018 D2 but it has not worked .

Can you suggest me somthing Tyrone.

The material is a medium carbon with minor alloy additions. I would approach it as a medium carbon steel, using sufficient preheat and I would use an undermatched low hydrogen filler metal if the joint is highly restrained.
