What shall be minimum holding time for PWHT as per UCS 56-1 of ASME Sec VIII Div I for nominal thickness of 53 mm. (Is PWHT minimum holding time required to be calculated based on “15 min/in.” factor for each additional inch i.e. Is interpolation allowed while calculating like e.g. for 53 mm the minimum holding time = 120+15x0.11811=121.772 minutes=122 minutes ?)
