Any classes available for learning how to structure a Quality Control Manual.

I think the AISC has some information to help. QMC who handles the auditing for the AISC has classes to help with the requirements set forth in the new building standard. You may need something geared more towards the type of work your shop is involved with though.

http://www.quality-control-plan.com/construction-quality-control.htm

If you check around on that site you will find a pretty decent format for an AISC type manual.

I liked it so much, I purchased one for use as a corporate format. It took some doing to make it fit (both or company culture and our industrial activities), but it's a good starting point for reasonably little money.

Good luck

If you are interested in structural steel, QMC is probably the place to start. On this page ( http://www.qmconline.com/Code/Resources/Index.htm ) there is a sample manual. Please be clear this is not a complete manual. It must be modiifed to reflect what your company does. It is a starter template only.
