i made a small pit to go in a reciever hitch for my bro in law out of 10 3/4 casing he loves it painted it black with orange and yellow flames looks pretty neat

    I don't have any pics, but I did build 3 commercial units for some friends in the catering business. These are thermostaticly controlled, propane fired, insulated units that have a box for hardwood to provide smoke. Not rotisire units, 3 shelves. Top for baked potatoes [hot] middle for pigs & chickens [same level as the thermostat] bottom for smoked baked beans. I built 3 different sizes from about 2'x3' to 3'x6' cooking racks. These were built in the early '90s, in use every summer untill this one. They made a living using them. If this is what You are interested in PM Me.

I used to weld smokers and other food service equipment for a living. Smoker almost killed me once...

I used to weld up smokers for a guy in Achille,ok.The name of the company is Southern Cookers.Very talented guy, he is usually booked for months in advance. Some of the nicest smokers you will ever see.Check out his website, especially the trailer smokers. southernstylecookers.com
