I figure if I get in a good winter maybe I can afford one of those purty machines, so I'll get me a lay-off in May or so.  Then I'll get on that big unemployment over on the east coast and I'll jest camp in your yard for a month or so. . . . . that ought to give us enuff time to really go thru that machine.  I'll buy my own beer and even groceries, I don't mind buying them it's cooking them that I can't stand!!!!  LOL

  Lincolnbobekin camp-the saga continues-300 guys show up in Rons front yard and they set up camp-I guess I can just tell the neighbors that it a viking convention- in two weeks we would all look like vikings anyway(really greasy vikings)/I better go buy a helmet-where in the hell do you get viking helmets anyway.

well first there was woodstock -then there was stergis- and now vikingbobiking stock?  well there has to be bands for that-this is serious stuff we are talking about-tricked out welders- hot chicks-bands- beer and we are all dressed in furr and viking hats and bond fires all around- this is the stuff dreams are made of . We will have to build magnetic machines that pick up all the wasted welding rod when the event is finished-and eye specialist for all the blind people who got flashed while they were drunk-maybe special visors should be installed on the viking helmets-that way if someone strikes up an arc we can at least see more than just spots.

Same old story, only the names have changed. Buy used-expect possible problems. I know it is kind of apples to oranges, but it has its similairities. I just put a USED transmission in my car (could not afford new at this point in time) I had three options. #1 used, no warranty $850. #2 used 12 month 12000 mile $1050. #3 36 month 36000 mile $1550. I chose the $1550 option because I KNOW that it is used and it very well might crap out on me TOMMORROW.

Also, I tend to let things like this unfold before commenting because there are, as stated, TWO sides to every story. We all know that without a doubt there are ripoff artists out there that will sell you junk, knowing it is junk, and leave you high and dry. We also know that there are people out there that expect used to last forever with no problems, the ones who would not be happy if you showered them in gold dust.

It does sound as if lincolnbobekin went above and beyond to try to work things out for the best.
