Mother’s day is coming up this Sunday. Some of us can still thank and honor our mothers here on Earth. For the rest of us, including myself, whose mothers have left this world and now live in the presence of our Lord and Savior…….
If Roses grow in Heaven, Lord,
Then pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother's arms
and tell her they're from me.
Tell her that I love and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek,
and hold her for a while.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day.
But the ache within my heart
will never go away.
