What will be difference in weld deposition rate in 1G and 4G Position.Say if I am depositing 5 Kg of weldment in 1G Position how much I can deposit when i will go for 4G position is same design and welding parameter.

It can't be determined like that. The easiest way to calculate is to determine what your amperage is going to be and then use one of the amp/deposition rate charts that are available on the internet.

If you operate using the same settings, the deposition rate is the same. The thing that may change is the production factor due to increased fatigue of the operator.

Deposition efficiency may also change as the overhead position with some processes due to spatter loss and stub loss.

For an overall calculation of costs, factors besides the deposition rate of the process need to be known.
