Anybody could give me parameters for Spray transfer MIG for
ER CuAl-A2 1,2mm diameter, using Argon ?

Some folks say U groove rollers and teflon liners also improve GMAW performance of your alloy.

I need wire feed speed and stickout also, but thanks anyway
respect to the teflon liner, i dont think is necesary, CuAl-A2 its hard enough for normal liners

175-275 IPM depending on fillet size required will approximatly corespond with the amperage values you were given.
Stickout between about 3/4 inch (contact tube should be recessed behind nozzle end at least 3/8 inch.
Start with 28 volts.. If your still short circuiting just increase voltage.
If arc length is greater than 1/8 inch reduce voltage 1/2 volt at a time until a nice short arc is achieved.
